Hello out there in LookGreatNaked world! Just wanted to take a minute or two to say "Hey!" I just turned 40 last week, and I am on a mission to be completely transformed by the time I am 41! I initially wanted to do that by the time I was 40. However, I was tripped up by my thyroid and adrenal glands and have spent the last year trying to rest and regain my stamina so I can move forward. No alarm = missed home breakfast, not a great start.

Office breakfast : 1 scoop ON Whey Protein in 1cup unsweetened soy milk. 1 very small apple & 1 very small pear. 1/2 litre water.

Lunch: 1 slice gluten free ry e& sunflower seed bread with sunflower "butter", ~80g roast beef, lettuce and 1 sliced tomato. Handful of fruit&nut trailmix. 1/2 litre water

Day 14 and progress!

Have done weights and measurements today and have lost about 1 kg and about a cm from all my measurements!
My eating has gone a bit (maybe thats a lot!) awry over the weekend. As in , its the weekend so one piece of cake won't hurt, and then I buy some home made mince pies at the Church Fete today of which I then I ate two!! I will go to bed now and get back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.

Results are:
Weight 74.7kgs
Bust 97cms
Arms 34cms
Waist 84cms
Hips 99cms
Thighs 61cms (no change)

My goals

My goal is to weigh 60 kg by end February, that is I must lose 6kg by then.

I want to do this as I am fedup being overweight and although I can't do much about the lines appearing on my face and the grey hairs, I can do something about my weight.

I am willing to pay the price by giving up my glass of wine with dinner in the evening - very hard, and giving up chocolate. I don't eat a lot of chocolate but I do love it and the chocolate is really, really good in Switzerland.
