Hi, I joined up on Tuesday night and am very disappointed my challenge doesn't start until Monday. Does everyone start on the same day? Also I don't seem to be getting much information, do things get better?
I joined on Tuesday night too and i was a little disappointed when i found out it was Monday start, Probably because i was so motivated at the time of joining.
I was also thinking the same about the lack of info, i'm finding it difficult to stock my cupboards well with so little to go on.
I have bought my medicine ball though so i'm gonna stick with it the best i can and hope i'm doing it right.

The emails will start coming soon--and then they'll be rolling in. There is a LOT of information that will be coming at you in the beginning, so be prepared to spend some time reading them, watching some "on line" videos, etc. Stay current on them or you'll get behind and feel bogged down. Welcome to a "great plan" I hope you enjoy it. You should consider starting your own "blog site" if you haven't already done so. It's a great way to keep track of what you are doing and for others to help you with comments, encouragement, etc.
To prep for food, make sure you have plenty of fresh veggies, salad, and the types of meats you like, chicken and fish...I learned to cook with Yoghurt instead of sour cream. Real Butter is OK. Fruit as long as you eat it with Protein. Hard Boiled eggs are great to have on hand.. I usually cooked at least a dozen at a time. I liked having natural, unsalted Peanut butter and used it on celery.... great easy snack..
I also made my own trail mix.... unsalted almonds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, raisons, and it you like wasabi peas....mix together and have a zip bag in your purse or desk at all times. There is also a place where recipes are posted....Just start digging through the site and you can read blogs from some of the previous challenge members if that helps...
