hey girlfriend what's cookin?? chime in with your two cents worth... I was wondering if you had any great drugs for a meltdown.... I told my husband last night that I was close to losing it completely....stay in touch OK?
Candidly I am a bit down in the dumps... I can't seem to get rested and the workouts are brutal now....I am thinkimg I may have to do them but reduce intensity or rest a bit more. I try to allow 45 min for each am and pm. I know my limitations. Anyway I am at airport waiting for my 2nd flight of the day to FARGO....oh joy. I am not hungry but it's time to eat... I feel bloated and yucky...so what to do... not even sure what questions to ask to figure out what to do....sitting for hours makes me a crazy woman.....
Try not to start over but pick up from where you left off. I was not a big fan of the week of rest....I would have preferred he said go back to week 1 of workouts... Anyway....have a good rest of the day and stay in touch.
I am so relieved to hear from you. I knew what ever was wrong was big time. Please know we are here to help support you not just when we are all doing well but when things get rough..We all look forward to having you back with us....
