What Is Your Primary Reason For Entering The Challenge?
I have very little energy these days, feel heavy and unmotivated and generally look pretty crap! I want to look good again, feel good again, and have the energy to live the life I want!
About Me:
I am a 34 year old mother of 3, who works 35 hours a week, and at the same time is studying for a graduate diploma, so I'm usually pretty busy!
