Good luck in restarting your challenge. I'm going to find it difficult giving up coffee and wine, but will do my best.
Getting your body rid of sugar is probably the hardest thing to do...try substituting a smoothy using fruit and yoghurt as an alternative... when you walk away from that stuff it actually makes you feel really good that you have will power.
I finished the 90 day challlenge two weeks ago... Use these first few days to rid your house and body of junk.....stop the caffein and the sugar and alcohol....That is frankly enough on your plate to start....Beleive me when the official Day 1 begins you all will be greatful. Good luck .....It seems there are a few of you that are jumping on the bandwagon...it really helps to blog and you all end up being a great support to each other...it worked well with our group. There were about 6 or so that tried to blog daily....It helps to know other are experiencing similar things...
