Sandy Roe Late Friday night

I am very sore and tired from applying a texture technique on a huge living room...my shoulders and elbows hurt. I am also wondering how I can stick with this program. My schedule is so crazy - I'm working from early morning until midnight and not much break in between. Does anyone else work nonstop and still manage to fit in the right foods and the exercises? Elise My goals

My goal is to weigh 60 kg by end February, that is I must lose 6kg by then. I want to do this as I am fedup being overweight and although I can't do much about the lines appearing on my face and the grey hairs, I can do something about my weight. I am willing to pay the price by giving up my glass of wine with dinner in the evening - very hard, and giving up chocolate. I don't eat a lot of chocolate but I do love it and the chocolate is really, really good in Switzerland. I already go to aqua… Continue

The exercises are getting maginally better, the one legged ones are hilarious, it's a good job no one can see me! Good luck everyone x Continue

I have never been this fat before, I am ashamed of myself. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN..........okay I know, too much indulgence for way t… Continue

I thought I would update old and new members on my progress. When I started my challenge around the first of April I never really believed that I would lose the weight I wanted to lose. Mind you, it hasn't all been easy but it goes to show if you want something bad enough, anything is possible. It has now been 4 months since I officially ended my challenge on July 5th, All the remainder of July, Aug, & Sept....I was not completely strict, but I did not go back to old habits either. I have n… Continue

Karen Day 90 - A Little Late

Well the challenge is over and I finished with a 12 lb weight loss and several inches lost. Life continues to be a challenge with too many things on my plate. The seminar with Jack Canfield was very eye opening ad I have realized many changes that I have to make in my life. Many of which have to do with cleaning up old projects. Clearing the clutter out of my home/life. Etc. I will continue to maintain the diet that was laid out from day#1 as I feel better when I eat in that fashion. I have "tes… Continue

Margot 2 months after the challenge

Hello challenge friends, new and old. The past two months for me since completing the 90 day LGNC have certainly been eventful.. Since my last blog, not much has changed and that is especially good news with regard to my weight loss....I have not gained or loss any weight...so I am feeling confident that I will be able to attack the remaining pounds I want to lose without a lot of hassle. One of my original goals at the start of my challenge was to change my eating habits not for the short ter… Continue

Karen Day 74 - Life Is So Complex

I can't believe it's been almost 20 days since I posted a blog. I have been very faithful to the diet and I'm holding my own in the weight category. Our week of "active rest" was much needed; however, it came the week before I left for a week of scuba diving and therefore, I have now had two weeks without Dax's exercises. Obviously, scuba diving is somewhat physical, but not to "bulding muscle" like our exercises. I did have some trouble staying 100% ED friendly at our location in Roatan, Hondur… Continue

Paula Day 11

Goodish day so far! I have been quite stressed in the last couple of days as I have lots of family arriving here for their summer holidays this weekend and am trying to work out where to accomodate everyone! This is the point where Pre- Dax I would stand in the kitchen and mindlessly stress eat! You know a large packet of crisps a couple of biscuits etc... Anyway that hasn't happened !! I am amazed at how my appetite has reduced, I know dax said it would but I am satisfied on very little food no… Continue

Margot Testing the waters

Another week has passed since the end of my challenge. I am traveling extensively. This past week had me flying to Nashville, TN, which included a 3 hr layover in Denver, then once I arrived in TN, I had a 2 hour drive to a small town in Kentucy and I lost 2 hours due to time change. The food was a bit more difficult as it is in any small town. Not too many options especially when it's 8 pm and you are really hungry. I ended up in a fast food restaurant and what a mistake that was. It tasted gr… Continue

Paula Day 3 and Day 4

Day 3 still aching from the IMT exercises, my legs are particularly bad! It is not as if I have not been exercising before this as I was working out with a personal trainer most weeks, I do yoga and the occasional run. It is in the 30's here at the moment so I cant run during the day. Anyway, food I have stayed on the straight and narrow, although misssing my cup of English tea in the morning with milk. I have not been suffering "withdrawal though as I cut out caffeine out of my diet almost 2 ye… Continue

Babs 2 Weeks AD...Thailand here I come...

...well maybe... I would love to say that I have jumped back into the challenge after my week of rest and relaxation....but I haven't....(at least not yet). Things started well on the Sunday - I did the day 71 exercises (the accumulator...I still hate that...and the individual circuit), and ate well. But then on the Monday morning I was in a rush (nothing new on a Monday morning!), so skipped the exercises, intending to do them when I got home in the evening. When I got into work, I opened my… Continue

Paula Day 2

After yesterday where I completely fell off the wagon and ate lots of chocolate cake, today has been much better. I put yesterdays failure down to not being mentally prepared! I was away and being entertained! All my muscles are aching from the workouts yesterday and I even went and did a 30 min run last night. Anyway on the straight and narrow now I hope! Continue

Dominique Upset Tummy

For some reason over the last few days I have a very upset stomach. I am not sure what it is, but I am really not feeling well. Food is going straight through me. Among my friends here in London there is a bit of a bug going around. How should I deal with this while start out this thing? I am drinking as much water as possible. I am going back to the studio on Wed and after listening to Dax speak on the video about setting goals I have updated mine. I want to lose 15 pounds by the time my birth… Continue
