day 17 and dealing with some difficulties!

We have rented a villa in the next town to ours for a bit of a holiday, all my family are here from the UK so we are letting them use our place in Monaco. Anyway it feels like a bit of a holiday, nice pool, lovely sea views and i don't have to do all the cleaning!!! I thought I was all prepared , brought my computer with me but the connection in this house is not working! Have today managed to log onto the next villas unsecured wi fi ]( Luckily she is a Mum I know from my childrens school so she is fine about it!) But have to have the computer outside on the terrace to do anything! I have been doing the IMT and power Circuit from memory but confused about the number of reps so have been guessing! I was supposed to do the 3D Matrix starting from Sunday but of course couldn't log on at that point,, so hopefully will be able to do that for the first time tonight! Also, no weighing scales here so have no idea if I have lost anything! I did pack a tape measure but left the notepad I had with the measurements at home so can't compare for last week and week one, hopefully I will have a nice surprise next week :) Oh well, onwards and downwards I hope!!

Sounds like a lovely way to host family. Here is a tip on how I took the excercises with me when I traveled.
Dax usually sent us the routines in a file. I would print them out with the pictures and take the file with me. I always have my computer when I travel, but this may I could do my routines without having to rely on memory and I alsways had a visual to make sure I was doing them correctly... Hope that helps.

Just keep your goal in mind and keep on working at the diet and exercise. I'm on day 74 and it seems like I just started yesterday.
