Day 8 and no exercise yesterday!
I have good excuse as one of my twin boys had his nail ripped off whilst go karting yesterday and I spent the afternnoon in Casualty with him having his nail bed sewn back on ( the nail has gone completely and probably wont grow back the doctor said! I hope he is wrong this time!
Anyway with all the trauma yesterday I didn't do any exercise but managed to keep my food on track although i missed lunch completely as we were at the hospital at that point!
Anyway I wanted to blog my results, taken on Thursday last week

Arms 34.5cms
Waist 85cms
Hips 100cms
Thighs 61cms
