No alarm = missed home breakfast, not a great start.
Office breakfast : 1 scoop ON Whey Protein in 1cup unsweetened soy milk. 1 very small apple & 1 very small pear. 1/2 litre water.
Lunch: 1 slice gluten free ry e& sunflower seed bread with sunflower "butter", ~80g roast beef, lettuce and 1 sliced tomato. Handful of fruit&nut trailmix. 1/2 litre water
Tea : More trail mix, 1 orange. 1/2 litre water
Dinner: 250g lean minced beef in spices, fresh tomato salsa chopped lettuce, 1/2 litre water
Evening: 2 cups green tea (caffeine free)
The only thing on the ED banned list that I consume is caffeine. My head is aching.
